Patsy Dixon is a wife, mother, prophetess, business woman and a co-pastor together with her husband, Elder Stanley E. Dixon, at Neighborhood Outreach Christian Center, Quincy Florida. Her desire is to exemplify integrity in all aspects of life and gain new friends and clients who are serious about Kingdom principles. She is involved in the upcoming Women's Conference at Abundant Life Fellowship World Outreach Center in Tallahassee, Florida, "Arise and Go Forth", September 29-30 2006. Patsy is sister to Dr Yvonne Capeheart who is one of the speakers for the conference.
