Bishop Joseph L. Brown has been a gospel preacher for over 39 years. He was consecrated to the bishopric in July 2004 under Bishop Louis Spencer and the North American Outreach Fellowship (NAO). Presently, he is the senior pastor of University Ministries International in Tallahassee , Florida . His ministry includes: pastoring, teaching, speaking engagements, and training seminars. He has taken ministry teams throughout the United States , Canada and Africa . He is affiliated with the International Council of Apostles (ICA).

An anointed man of God, Bishop Brown serves the Body of Christ as both an Apostle and a Prophet. He has a strong passion to equip individuals to fulfill their God-given purpose and destiny and to help bring in the End Day Harvest. He also has a special anointing for attracting finances and the ability to impart this anointing to others. His worship services are noted for great deliverances, healings, miracles and the releasing of the anointing in the lives of believers through impartation as well as anointed praise and worship.

Bishop Brown is married to Dr. Edna Brown, a prophetess, who frequently serves on his team. His vision is to develop leaders who will develop leaders. In 2000, Dr. Brown founded Z.E. Brown Bible College , an accredited institution offering associate through doctoral degrees.
