Bill and his wife, Shelli, and their 3 children were missionaries in the Philippines and Taiwan for 15 years. Both Bill and Shelli are graduates (1990) of RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa Oklahoma. Their Rev. Bill Pafford missions work in Asia was in teaching in Bible Schools, preparing men and women for full time ministry as pastors, teachers, evangelists, children & youth ministers, helps and missions.

They were actively involved in conducting pastors and church leaders seminars and crusades in the rural areas of the Philippines.

Immediately upon their return to the U.S. in 2005, they moved to Tallahassee, FL and established Abundant Life Bible Training Center where Bill is both director and Bible teacher. At ALBTC, we are preparing men and women to answer the call of God upon their lives for full and part time ministry opportunities.

The vision of Abundant Life Bible Training Center is to teach and train people from all kind of Christian churches to help their pastors and to be a blessing to the body of Christ where they go to church. It is our desire that all Christian churches be a powerful witness in their communities. We are equipping people who will help build up the Body Of Christ.
